Available allocation
After payment approval, the dashboard shows an internal token allocation. It is a record maintained by the project, not proof that tokens have reached your personal wallet.
Reserved during review
A withdrawal request moves the amount from available to reserved. The reservation prevents multiple requests from spending the same allocation.
An external transfer
After staff approval, tokens must still be sent through the actual network. Staff record the transfer hash when they mark the request sent. Rejection releases the reservation. Preview transfers are simulations only.
