Do not send funds based on a preview or demonstration order. No token purchase, future delivery promise or investment entitlement is created by simulated records.
Your account
Use accurate account information, an email you control and a unique password. Registration signs you in immediately without email confirmation. You are responsible for safeguarding access and reporting suspected misuse through private support.
Acceptable use
Use only your own account. Do not access another person’s records, submit false payment evidence, disrupt the service or upload sensitive wallet information. The operator may review abusive activity and restrict affected access.
Orders and reviews
For any future live sale, the final offering documents must define the price, eligibility, operator, token, network, contract and sale conditions. A submitted transaction is subject to manual verification. Internal approval and an on-chain token transfer are separate events.
Withdrawals and refunds
Withdrawal approval alone does not execute a transfer. Any future distribution timing, vesting, fees, minimums, cancellation rights and refund procedure must be set out before a live sale. Changing an order status does not transfer or refund cryptocurrency.
Support
Support conversations are private to your account and staff. Return to the portal for replies because support emails are disabled. Do not include a password, seed phrase or private key.
