Scope and operator
This notice describes the current Levunto preview. The responsible operator’s complete identity and contact details must be published before a live sale. Account-specific questions can be raised in private support.
Account and operational records
The portal stores the name and email you provide, a password hash managed by WordPress, account preferences, orders, transaction references, receiving instructions, internal allocation events, withdrawal destinations and support messages. Staff use these records to administer accounts, review payments and manage requests.
Preview orders are marked as simulations. They are kept separate from future live allocation records. Do not put secrets or unnecessary personal information into support messages.
Cookies and authentication
Necessary cookies maintain sign-in and help protect form submissions. A guest-session cookie is used for form request verification. These cookies support the account experience. A registration does not require an activation email.
Public-site statistics
WP Statistics provides server-stored statistics on the public main website. The baseline anonymizes and hashes IP addresses, honors Do Not Track and excludes administrator activity. It does not set analytics cookies. Private portal pages and their order or support URLs are excluded from this analytics plugin.
Security and request logs
Hosting, network and security systems may process request metadata. The application uses hashed rate-limit identifiers to limit repeated requests. Operational audit records identify staff decisions and changes to allocations. Such records are distinct from public-site visitor analytics.
External services
The site uses hosting and network delivery providers. For a live quote, the application requests reference exchange rates without sending customer or order identifiers to that rate endpoint. Token transfers are made outside the website; public blockchains can reveal transaction history and addresses.
Support and email
Support ticket notifications are disabled; replies remain in the private portal. Password-recovery delivery depends on the configured mail service and must be verified separately. No marketing email subscription is added by registration.
Access and retention
Account and transaction information is available to authorized administrators and the relevant account holder through the portal. Final retention periods, applicable rights and operator procedures will be published with the actual project policy. Ask through private support if you need help correcting account information.
